WIND MITIGATION

Generally, a wind mitigation inspection is needed to determine which credits apply to a home. During a wind mitigation inspection, a certified inspector looks for key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm.

4 Point Inspection

Insurance companies have become increasingly reluctant to issue Homeowner Insurance Policies on older homes (usually 25 years old or more).

A “Four Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home:

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)
Electrical wiring and panels
Plumbing connections and fixtures
Roof
The inspection and report describes the condition and age of these elements.

Pool & Spa Inspection

Pools and spas require proper maintenance and regular inspection so that you can enjoy them for years to come. Your pool maintenance professional is responsible only for the pool’s chemistry and cleanliness. Let me inspect it for all the other items that will ensure its proper condition and safety.  I follow a comprehensive checklist and inspect for the following:  water level; leaks; valves; main drains, grates and inlets; blockages, debris, staining and biological growth; heater and thermostat; adequate fencing and gate security; deck safety; electrical safety, switches, alarms, and lighting; and more.

With Over 30 years in combined experience We have the knowledge to get your A/C working in no time at all. We service Central and Wall and Window unit A/C's. We preform Tune-ups and Complete system cleanings. EPA Certified
